Night or Day?

Hiya! Today, I'm going to tell you about carbs.

Something that people may think that consuming carbohydrates during the evening is worse for you than in the morning. This is absolutely WRONG! Carbs are carbs, no matter when you eat them. The only reason it would be better for you is because you usually exercise during the day (except for those of you with furry friends that need to be walked at night as well.) When you exercise, those carbs and calories are used to give you energy. 

That is also why they are good to have in your diet. People think carbs and cals are unhealthy because they eat them in a bad way, such as in Ho Ho's and doughnuts and pizza, etc. If you get them from the right foods, they are really okay.
