Hiya!

Hiya! It's Ms. Know It All. I just created my blog and I'm hoping I get at least a few page views. The basic thing I'm doing on this blog is posting facts every once in a while, so you can learn a new thing or two. I'll start with a fact right now.

POTATO CHIPS! Potato chips were an accidental invention, yet the accident is so very funny. In 1853, a chef named George Krum in New York invented potato chips. A nagging customer continued to send their french fried potatoes back because they were soggy. The chef was very upset, and to get revenge, he sliced the potatoes too thinly, fried them until they were crunchy, and over salted them. However, to his surprise, he found that the customer actually liked them. Now, we eat them at barbecues and just whenever. Weird, right?
